By the end of the semester, all students will complete the following: Submit hours online in the student portal; complete and submit the Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) questionnaire to supervisor; submit the online midterm and final self-evaluations through the student portal; ensure cooperating teacher has completed the online midterm and final evaluations through the cooperating personnel portal.
Failure to submit documents and complete the online time report and evaluations will result in a missing grade for EDPR 442 and an inability to be recommended for licensure.
