By the end of the semester, all students will complete the following: Submit hours online in student portal; submit paperwork to 120 EDUC (CoTE Bloodborne Pathogens Questionnaire, two lesson evaluations (with student name and all required signatures); ensure cooperating teacher has completed the online final evaluation through the cooperating personnel portal.
Failure to submit paperwork and complete the online time report will result in a missing grade for CI 410 and an inability to advance to the spring placement.
